Deliver and Refund Policy

Delivery: – We will deliver the bin on same day if booked before 10 AM otherwise next day or on mutually agreed date. If you need a bin asap, please call us to discuss.

Pickup: – We will collect the bin within 24 hours of agreed time.

Definitions: We/ Us/ Our means Trash Takers (ABN: 32641670591) and website means www.trashtakers.com.au.
Note: We can change/update the content on this notice at any time without prior notification.

Refunds can be offered/provided by Trash Takers (ABN:32641670591) under the following conditions:

  • A full refund will be offered if a skip bin is ordered outside the Melbourne Metropolitan area or we (Trash Takers) are unable to provide the service.
  • A full refund will be provided on pre-paid orders if cancelled 24 hours in advance by contacting us via email: admin@trashtakers.com.au or phone: 1800 570 510.
  • Pre-paid orders cancelled on day of delivery or without 24 hours prior notice will incur 50% charges of total booking amount excluding related booking fees.
  • Refunds will be made to same credit/debit card on which the original purchase was made, other charges incurred, such as Merchant fee, booking fee or cancellation fee, will be deducted from your refund and it can take 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
  • Any related booking fee is non-refundable in any circumstance.
  • Any of these conditions can change without prior notice.
